We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Clerical Officer/ Administrator to work in Roscrea Co. Tipperary. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and excellent customer care.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing emails and correspondence
- Take minutes of meetings
- Diary management
- Updating shared folders
- Maintaining the time & attendance system for staff members
- Handling phone calls coming into the service and fielding/taking messages as appropriate
- Maintaining and inputting statistics into Excel
- File preparation and uploading documents to the database
Required Skills & Competencies
• At least 12 months proven administrative experience with strong understanding of office processes.
• Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and data input.
• Experience working with payroll systems/packages.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and manage workload methodically.
• Takes ownership of tasks and sees work through to completion.
• Contributes positively to team culture and morale.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
