What You'll Bring
As a Cloud Engineer you will work within your Data Platform space. You will work with a highly collaborative, multi-functional technical team who are committed to improving the value of technology solutions.
You will also work with business teams to develop solutions to business requirements and client problems.
The team blends deep technology & business expertise with a passion for exploring and implementing new emerging technologies while working in an open and transparent way.
You will work with the latest replication capabilities and industry best practices while using your passion for continuous learning to evolve Data platform capabilities supported by dedicated learning days each week.
What You'll Bring
- Knowledge in data movement capabilities including, data streaming, data replication and change data capture.
- In-depth technical knowledge to Design , Deploy and Administer modern data replication platforms (e.g. GoldenGate, Fivetran, Striim).
- Experience in building and deploying data solutions in AWS and Azure using IAC tools like Opentofu/ Terraform.
- An advocate for software engineering best practices and principles.
- Hands on experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery/Deployment.
- Experience in mentoring and coaching other engineers in the team.
- Passion for continuous learning.
