Our client, a high profile & major employer in the Shannon region, have now engaged with us in Cpl to assist them in the recruitment of a Head of Marketing.

The Job:

You will be a key part of the senior commercial leadership team & will play a vital role in the delivery of all marketing strategies & activities across the business, as well as leading & motivating your marketing team to ensure continued growth & success for the organisation.

More specifically you will be responsible for developing & implementing group wide marketing strategies, developing multi-year marketing team budgets & resources to support key business objectives, collaborating with external stakeholders & partners on projects, leveraging marketing data analytics to optimise effectiveness, overseeing major PR/communications & digital marketing campaigns, leading & motivating your marketing team to deliver on specific growth objectives & collaborate with other senior leaders & management groups across the business to drive further growth & success.

Your Skills & Experience that we need:

·      3rd level degree qualified ideally in marketing, business studies or a closely related discipline. 

·      8+ years’ experience ideally gained in a senior marketing position.

·      Proficient in MS Office and office management software

·      Excellent inter-personal skills & ability to engage with stakeholders, both internal & external, at all levels.

·      Proven ability to manage a diverse team.

The Offer:

The role is a permanent role with base salary depending on experience/qualifications but expected to range up to approx. 100k + benefits & annual bonus to reflect the seniority & remit of the position.

Candidates must hold full eligibility to live & work in Ireland permanently to be considered.
