Junior Master Validation specialist ( Grad Role )

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and process-driven individual to join a global transformation team. The role focuses on supporting a large-scale ERP migration project, specifically transitioning from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA.

You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and integrity of customer master data as it is migrated into new systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate customer master data to identify inconsistencies or errors
• Perform data verification activities in line with Master Data Governance standards
• Support data cleansing initiatives to ensure high-quality data migration
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy
• Validate migrated data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
• Maintain clear documentation of processes, issues, and resolutions
• Use Excel and other tools to analyse and manage large datasets

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience working with data (validation, cleansing, analysis, or reporting)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to follow structured processes and document work clearly
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Desirable (Nice to Have)

• Exposure to ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
• Experience with data migration or system implementations
• Knowledge of data governance or compliance frameworks
• Basic SQL or database knowledge
