Project Coordinator

Role Overview

This role supports the Capability Lead for Business Partners within a global Finance Operations transformation programme, focused on delivering key workstreams as part of a major ERP transformation, including migration to SAP S/4HANA.

A key focus is supporting Business Partner data migration activities, ensuring master data is accurately prepared, validated, and transitioned into the new system.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Capability Lead with reporting, documentation, and analysis
• Assist with Business Partner data migration, including validation, cleansing, and issue tracking
• Coordinate cross-functional workshops and global stakeholder meetings
• Prepare agendas, minutes, and action tracking
• Support requirements gathering and process documentation (current and future state)
• Assist with defect resolution and data quality reviews
• Create presentations, training materials, and process documentation
• Track risks, issues, actions, and deliverables

Required Skills & Experience

Essential

• Experience in process coordination, data migration, project support, or operational roles
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Experience working with cross-functional or global teams
• Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities

Desirable

• ERP or SAP environment exposure
• Data migration or system implementation experience
• Familiarity with SalesForce / CPQ or similar systems
• Experience with Agile or project tracking tools (e.g. Jira)
