Our client, a highly successful & expanding e-commerce focused organisation in Limerick city centre, have now engaged with us in Cpl to help them recruit an experienced Marketing Manager to join the team & lead their marketing function during a period of significant growth across all their markets.

The Job:

As a key part of the team & reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a key part in driving brand growth & ensuring the ongoing success of the company's digital marketing programmes & projects.

More specifically this will include duties such as planning & executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across their markets, analysing campaign performance metrics, tracking growth targets, optimising the customer journey, collaborating with internal teams to align marketing efforts & staying informed on digital marketing trends & emerging technologies.

Your Skills & Experience that we need:

• 3rd level degree qualified or above in marketing or a related discipline.
• 4-5+ years’ relevant digital marketing & growth focused experience.
• Fully proficient with marketing analytics tools & digital platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to plan strategy & deliver on 360 marketing projects.
• Full & clean Irish driving license as there will be some very occasional travel required.

The Offer:

The is a full time/permanent position with base salary, depending on experience/qualifications but expected to range up to approx. 60k + pension, annual bonus, other additional benefits & allowances on top.

This role will be initially fully office based in Limerick city centre but may move to a hybrid role after initial training/onboarding.
