Our client, a highly successful & long established commercial organisation headquartered in Co. Tipperary, have now engaged with us in Cpl to help them recruit a Senior Accounts Administrator to join the finance team on a permanent basis.

The Job:

As a key part of the accounts team & reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will be a tasked with duties ranging across all aspects of accounts administration & financial reporting in a fast paced, commercially focused office environment.

More specifically this will include running AP & AR/credit control invoicing activities, resolving customer as well as supplier queries & discrepancies, processing bank recs & cash flow analysis, updating budgets & forecasts, analysing credit risk on new accounts, supporting audit & compliance reporting, updating relevant month end close activities & supporting the Financial Controller in their ongoing duties & projects.

Your Skills & Experience that we need:

• 3rd level degree qualified in a relevant discipline ideally
• A further qualification such as Accounting Technician or similar, would be an advantage but is not essential.
• 3-4+ years’ relevant accounts support experience covering ideally both AP & AR.
• Fully proficient with IT & reporting tools.
• Excellent interpersonal & organisational skills.

The Offer:

The role will be offered as a permanent position with starting salary depending on experience but expected to range approx. 40-45k.

This role will be initially fully office based in Co. Tipperary so applicants will ideally be already based in the region or willing to commute/relocate.
