EHS Team Leader - Longford

EHS Team Leader – Longford (Manufacturing)

We’re partnering with a leading manufacturing organisation in the Midlands to hire an experienced, people-focused EHS Team Leader. This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead a dedicated EHS team, drive a proactive safety culture, and make a visible difference across the entire site.

In this role, you will:

• Lead, coach and develop the onsite EHS team
• Champion a positive, accountable safety culture
• Ensure compliance with all relevant EHS legislation and standards
• Drive continuous improvement across EHS systems, processes and KPIs
• Lead audits, inspections, incident investigations and CAPA follow-up
• Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality and HR to embed EHS in day‑to‑day activities

About you:

• Degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or similar (preferred)
• 3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and best practice
• Experience with Lean / Six Sigma / CI is an advantage
• Excellent communicator with proven leadership and coaching skills
