Role: Technical Business Analyst
Type: Contract (12 month)
Location: Mayo (Hybrid)
Our client is looking to hire a Business Analyst on an initial contract of 12 months with potential to extend another 12 months.
Your Experience / Competencies / Skillsets
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Business Analysis working on large-scale technical transformations or systems implementation projects/programmes, working with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience working in a DevOps environment, with an understanding of collaboration between development and operations teams.
• Hands on experience of leading on requirements gathering (UI/UX, Functional & Non-Functional) for service impact and designs elements.
• Demonstrate, creation and communication of Customer Flows, Customer Persona’s, journey maps, service blueprints, data mapping and To-Be Processes to support future service transformation.
• Experience conducting feasibility studies, high-level and detailed business models, and solution options appraisals.
Note: This role is predominantly remote role with 2 days a month being spent in office in Ballina, Mayo for collaboration and team-building purposes. Additional visits may be required, but will be on an ad-hoc basis
