The Role: what does the job involve?:

• Providing friendly, professional service to customers at branch level.
• Performing teller duties, including processing daily transactions and account reconciliations.
• Building strong, long-lasting relationships with members, offering support and guidance as needed.
• Managing loan applications, updating documentation, and handling related transactions.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• Resolving customer queries with creativity and efficiency.
• Assisting with the onboarding of new members and ensuring a positive first experience.

The Candidate:

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in financial services and is working towards APA (Accredited Product Advisor) qualifications.
• Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
• Enjoys problem-solving and is proactive in finding better ways of doing things.
• Possesses strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Is open to continuing education and gaining relevant qualifications.
