Location: Remote / Field-based across Ireland

I'm working with a well-established international investment firm that's expanding its presence in Ireland and looking to hire a driven Sales Manager to join their team. If you're a confident relationship-builder with a strong background in selling to high-net-worth individuals, this could be a really exciting next step.

What you'll be doing:
In this role, you'll be speaking with pre-qualified high-net-worth leads (no cold calling!), setting up face-to-face meetings, and guiding potential clients through a consultative sales process. Your main focus will be bringing in new business - converting leads into long-term clients and growing assets under management.

You won't be doing it alone either - once a client is onboarded, you'll be backed by top-notch portfolio management and client service teams who handle the day-to-day, freeing you up to do what you do best: sell.

• A strong track record in sales, ideally working with investors or in the financial services space

• At least 5 years' experience selling to high-net-worth individuals

• QFA is a non-negotiable

• Someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and sees financial rewards as a marker of success

• Resilient, self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Strong ethics and a professional approach
