Our client is a leading European data centre delivery partner, specialising in end-to-end solutions for large-scale IT infrastructure projects. They handle everything from design and construction to commissioning, delivering complex civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical projects across Europe.
They are currently seeking a Travel Co-Ordinator to join their Dublin office and manage travel arrangements for staffacross multiple European project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for all travel requests and arrangements across the organisation
- Coordinate flights, hotels, car rentals, and transfers for employees and executives, ensuring schedules are followed
- Manage the travel inbox, prioritise requests, and forward queries to the appropriate teams
- Maintain clear communication between head office, project sites, and approvers
- Collaborate with the Finance team to reconcile travel expenses and maintain accurate records
- Ensure travel plans comply with company policy and international regulations
- Liaise with travel agencies to ensure high service standards and resolve any issues
- Support administrative tasks including invoice processing, contract setup, and documentation
- Prepare reports and provide updates on travel activity to management
- Assist the wider Travel team as required
Requirements
- Excellent command of English, written and spoken
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-focused
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional awareness
- Highly proficient in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of international travel regulations
