The Hodson Bay Group have an exciting and new opportunity for a Construction & Development Projects Manager to join our team for the current Yew Point Eco Tourism Development and future projects.

The Hotel group consisting of four 4* properties is currently developing an eco- tourism and experiential project on a 150 acre site at Hodson Bay. In addition the hotel group have multiple ongoing upgrade and refurbishment projects underway.
This is a senior appointment, and the successful applicant will report directly to group directors.
It would be critical that the candidate would have the following background and experience;
Having qualified as a carpenter, became a site foreman and graduated to the level where they were taking responsibility for delivering projects.
The candidate would ideally have the following abilities:
· Be familiar with and proficient in the entire Microsoft office suite and with other programming tools
· Be proficient at reading and interpreting architect’s and engineer’s drawings and specifications
· Have the experience and ability to communicate, motivate and manage both design team members and site employees.
· Have a minimum of 3 year’s experience in the above.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
· Ensuring that all works have been carried out to a good quality and completed in accordance with the drawings and specifications issued by the design team
· Design Team meeting participation
· Construction Quality Management
· Fully understanding and ensuring compliance with all relevant site health and safety legislation
· All other aspects of exemplary project & construction management
