Required for housing organisation based in Dublin City.

Responsibilties:

• Managing and leading the Property & Asset Function of the organisation, with line management responsibility for the Building & Facilities Officer and any future posts that may be introduced as the organisation grows.
• Overseeing the implementation of Asset Management Strategy
• Appointing and overseeing contractors in the provision of  responsive repairs service, cyclical and planned maintenance, with responsibility for the effective day-to-day management and delivery ofasset management for all assets which include housing, communal and landlord spaces.
• Providing a high-level oversight to the Chief Executive Officer and other members of the Senior Management Team on matters relating to asset management.
• This is particularly important in the areas of statutory and regulatory compliance and also in regard to financial planning & reporting.
• Providing property technical advice across the organisation.
