ICDS Group has been retained by a leading Tier 1 main contractor to appoint an exceptional Construction Director to support the next phase of strategic growth across Dublin and Leinster.

Our client delivers some of Ireland's most prestigious and technically complex construction projects, operating across the Data Centre, Life Sciences, Commercial, Healthcare, Education, and Social Infrastructure sectors. Project values regularly exceed €100 million and are delivered through a variety of procurement routes including traditional, design & build, and negotiated contracts.

The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to join an established market leader at a pivotal stage in its growth journey. The successful candidate will assume a critical leadership role, driving operational excellence, project delivery performance, and client relationships across a significant project portfolio. The position forms part of the company's long-term succession strategy and offers a clearly defined pathway to Senior Leadership Team level for a high-performing individual.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of multiple high-value construction projects across Dublin and Leinster.
• Provide strategic leadership to project and site management teams.
• Drive operational efficiency and best-practice project delivery methodologies.
• Contribute to business growth, team development, and organisational strategy.

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record in project delivery within a Tier 1 or leading main contracting environment.
• Extensive construction management experience, including a minimum of five years operating at Project Manager, Contracts Manager, or equivalent senior level.
• Commercially astute with excellent contractual and financial awareness.
• Ambitious, strategic, and motivated to progress into executive leadership.
