Contracts Manager (Civil Engineering)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Contracts Manager to join our growing civil engineering team. This senior leadership role will oversee the delivery of multiple civil engineering and groundworks projects across Leinster while supporting project operations in the UK.
Reporting to the Construction Director, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple civil engineering and groundworks projects.
- Lead Project Managers, Site Managers and delivery teams.
- Ensure compliance with all HSEQ and quality requirements.
- Manage client, consultant and stakeholder relationships.
- Provide operational support to projects in the UK.
- Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the civil engineering division.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Several years' experience within civil engineering, infrastructure or groundworks.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects for a Tier 1 contractor or major specialist contractor.
- Experience delivering roads, utilities, enabling works, site development and large-scale groundworks projects.
