Job Title: Fit-Out Site Manager 
Location: Dublin City
Salary: €60,000 – €70,000

Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Fit-Out Site Manager for a high-profile hospitality project in Dublin City. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team delivering a large-scale, fast-paced fit-out project to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure works are completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
• Maintain strict health & safety standards on site
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
• Ensure high-quality finishes in line with project specifications
• Manage site documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on fit-out projects (ideally hospitality or commercial)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control
• Relevant construction qualifications and valid Safe Pass
• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations
