What you’ll be doing:

• Running the full 360 recruitment cycle, matching top talent with leading employers.
• Maintaining lasting relationships with contractors, consultancies, and developers.
• Sourcing, engaging, and guiding candidates from graduate to senior management.
• Working on Executive Search assignments for key appointments in Ireland, UK & International.
• Collaborating with a supportive, ambitious teams (Ireland & UK) that thrives on success.

What we’re looking for:

• Recruitment experience (construction/engineering/technical a bonus, but not essential).
• People-focused with natural relationship-building skills.
• Driven, ambitious, and ready to take ownership of your success.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
