Our Client is recruiting an experienced Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations at a busy casual dining Restaurant in Cork City. The Assistant Manager will play a key role in maintaining the Venues reputation for quality service, lively atmosphere, and excellent standards. In this role you support the General Manager on a daily basis and take responsibility for the property in their absence.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Restaurant Supervisory / Assistant Managers role.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards etc
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling software, and basic financial reporting.
- Understanding of local health, safety, and liquor regulations.
- Rota is 5/7 days, all emplyees require availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
