Chef de Partie required for popular 3* Hotel in West Cork
- Experience in Weddings and Events ensuring the quality preparation of all menu items to the highest standards.
- Hands on and enjoys working in a fast paced environment and ability to control service from the front to ensure maximum results during peak periods. Candidates require extensive Bar Food, Restaurant and Banqueting experience.
- To ensure that HACCP is implemented and documented efficiently, ensuring that all standards are maintained, reduce food and energy wastage in the Kitchens
- Property is continually innovating and evolving, excellent opportunity to work with a progressive Head Chef using the finest local ingredients
