Restaurant Manager 4* Hotel Co Meath

Luxury 4* Hotel in Co Meath are currently recruiting experienced Restaurant Manager. Applicants need 3-4 years experience in a similar role managing the upmarket Dining experience in leading 4/5* Hotel or upmarket Restaurant. Previous experience managing In-room Dining and catering for private Events including Dinner parties etc is expected.

Working closely with the Head Chef and General Manager, ideal candidate will have 3/4 years luxury property experience and will speak Fluent English. This is a popular and very busy Hotel catering for both Leisure and Corporate markets, hotel is a very popupar location for Conferences, meetings and Banquets

You will be responsible for daily Operations of the Main Hotel Restaurant and implementing Food, Beverage and Wine programmes, managing staff and service and implementing desired standards. Some Duty Management cover is also required
