Office Administrator - ASAP

Working with a renewable energy solutions company, who are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to work onsite in their busy office.
About Your New Role
• Lead receptionist, answering telephone, distributing calls, and taking messages.
• Provide basic and accurate information via phone/email, update CRM system.
• Organise, maintain, and update internal databases with personnel records.
• Provide high-level service and administration support to HR Department and across all divisions.
• Handling all incoming and outgoing, post and deliveries e.g. couriers
• Event Management, arrange catering for meetings and company events as required.
• Assisting with social & marketing events throughout the year
• Book travel, meetings & hotel rooms for staff and visitors.
• Maintain office equipment and place office supply orders as required.
• Assist with the implementation and compliance of Health and Safety and security measures.
• Take on a wide range of responsibilities from various teams/departments.
What Skills You Need
• 3 years plus experience in an administration/receptionist role
• Excellent phone manner, communication skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook
• Excellent organisation skills with a strong attention to detail
