Irelands fastest growing self-storage company is looking for a Customer Sales Administrator to join the team in Cork.

About Your New Role

• As a Customer Service Advisor, you are the first point of contact providing support whilst delivering a first-class customer experience.
• Answer inbound sales call and also follow up on enquiries through the website.
• Must be flexible / willing to work some Saturdays.
• Car owner & driver – based in Bishopstown with occasional travel to their facility in Ballyvolane & Macroom

Skills required

• Committed to delivering excellent customer service and promoting their facilities in both Cork and Dublin.
• Excellent at communicating clearly & effectively with their diverse customer base.
• Reception / Retail experience an advantage.
• Organised and able to multitask with great attention to detail.
• Experience using Excel.
• Car owner & driver – based in Bishopstown with occasional travel to their facility in Ballyvolane & Macroom
• Must be flexible/ willing to work Saturdays

What's On Offer

• Base annual salary €30k - €35k
• €7k - €10k OTE bonus
• 20 days annual leave + bank holidays
