About Your new Job as a Downstream Bioprocess Associate

• Collaborate with the manufacturing operations group, project design team, CQV team, and Automation/CSV representatives to implement project design and validate the MPCC manufacturing facility.
• Develop operating procedures and relevant documentation for large-scale manufacturing.
• Execute commercial manufacturing processes according to established work instructions.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Participate in investigations and optimizations of processes using scientific, engineering, and lean principles.
• Operate all production equipment within the assigned functional area.
• Utilize process automation systems (Delta V and Syncade Interactions, OSI/Pi Historian) and supporting business systems (SAP, Trackwise, Maximo)
• Support a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence through ownership of improvements for work processes, equipment, and safe work environment.

What Skills You Need as a Downstream Bioprocess Associate 

• Minimum Level 6 qualification in an Engineering/Science related discipline or relevant experience in a similar regulated industry (e.g., cGMP, ISO, or similar cleanroom industry experience strongly preferred).
• 1-3+ years of working experience in a large-scale biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
• Experience with Delta V and MES is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adherence to scheduled timelines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional collaborative environment.
