Part time office administrator required for a job in Kilkenny within a Financial Brokers. We are seeking a bright, intuitive and proactive candidate with excellent interpersonal skills to work alongside mortgage broker. Duties to include but not limited to: * Administrative duties, e.g. data input, filing, printing and scanning * Responsible for the general upkeep of the office * Supporting advisors with applications * Submitting cases and advising clients on follow up * Dealing with Referrals * Dealing with incoming calls and queries. * Booking appointments and diary management
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a similar role ideally, QFA & or with relevant Mortgage administration experience. This is a permanent part time role ideally 4 or 5 mornings per week. Excellent salary for the right candidate.
