Senior HRIS Analyst

A Senior HRIS Analyst with Polish is needed by CareerWise Recruitment for our global life sciences client based in Ireland. The position is a 12-month contract supporting the rollout of a new Workforce Management IT system across Europe. It is home office based in Ireland or Europe with some travel to Irish and European offices.

THE ROLE:

* Work closely with the business units to define functional requirements, build and delivery

* Support strategic decision support for system implementation and upgrades

* Day to day system maintenance including providing support to business to ensure system compliance

* Responding to customer inquiries ensuring a high level of satisfaction and support

* Troubleshoot system issues promptly to minimize downtime with escalation to higher level support for resolution

* Generate and analyse reports to provide insights into workforce trends, enabling informed decision-making

* Provide ongoing training for end-users to ensure proficient utilization of the Workforce Management System

REQUIREMENTS:

* Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, BIS or a related field preferred

* 3 years plus of WFM systems and implementation experience preferred

* Fluency in English and Polish required.
