Social

Summary

Cathedral Credit Union was established in 1965 in the Cathedral Parish of St Marys and St Anns. With the incorporating of the Middle Parish Credit Union in 1989, we extended our common bond to include the city centre parishes of SS Peter and Pauls and the Sacred Heart.

Membership is open to anyone living or working within our common bond. Click here to view map of the area of Cork covered by our Common Bond.

We are a community based Credit Union owned and controlled by our Members. As a financial co-operative our principle aim is to provide a wide range of financial services in a cost effective manner for the benefit of our Members. We employ professional staff to provide a quality service to our Members delivered in a friendly and efficient manner.

We do not make a profit at our Members expense. Instead, any surplus earned from our operations provides an attractive return on Members Savings and a partial rebate to Members of interest paid on Loans.

The current management structure of our Credit Union reflects the co-operative nature of our organisation. Click here to view our management structure.
