HR & Administration Officer

Our client, a Co. Limerick based recent US multinational start-up, have now engaged with us at CPL to recruit a talented & energetic HR & Administration Officer to join their team on an initial contract basis.
The Job:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will cover a wide range of both HR & operations administration duties & responsibilities in this busy role. More specifically this will include duties such as managing & resolving HR queries from staff, coordinating training activities, updating employee files, implementing new HR processes, issuing supplier PO's, diary & travel management, assisting on compliance audits & supporting senior colleagues on their departmental needs.
Your Skills/Experience that we need
- 3rd level degree qualified - a HR specialisation or qualification would be a significant advantage.
- 2-3+ years’ experience ideally gained in a HR focused administration role.
- Experienced gained in the manufacturing or engineering sectors would be an advantage.
- Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail & inter-personal skills.
The Offer:
Salary will depend on candidate skills & experience but expected to be approx. 40-45k. The role is being offered on an initial 10 month contract basis & will be fully office based in their Co. Limerick site.
Candidates holding restricted visas/work permits will not be considered.
