Our client, a highly successful & expanding e-commerce focused organisation in Limerick city centre, have now engaged with us in Cpl to help them recruit an experienced Marketing Manager to join the team & lead their marketing function during a period of significant growth across all their markets & business units.

The Job:

As a key part of the management team & reporting directly to the site lead, you will play a key part in driving business growth & ensuring the ongoing success of the company's digital marketing programmes, communications projects & brand visibility.

More specifically this will include duties such as planning & executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across their markets, analysing campaign performance metrics, tracking growth targets, optimising the customer journey, collaborating with internal teams to align marketing efforts, staying informed on digital marketing trends & emerging technologies & mentoring your junior colleagues.

Your Skills & Experience that we need:

• 3rd level degree qualified or above in marketing or a related discipline.
• 3-4+ years’ relevant digital marketing & growth focused experience.
• Fully proficient with marketing analytics tools & digital platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to plan strategy & deliver on 360 marketing projects.
• Full & clean Irish driving license as there will be some very occasional travel required.

The Offer:

The is a full time/permanent position with base salary, depending on experience/qualifications but expected to range 50k - 60k + pension, annual bonus, other additional benefits & allowances on top.

This role will be initially fully office based in Limerick city centre but may in time move to a hybrid role.
