Part time Medical Administrator to work in South Tipperary region

CPL are currently looking to hire an experienced Medical Administrator to work 20 hours per week / 2.5 days in South Tipperary , successful candidate should have strong Office administration & reception skills, working in a small team environment you will be responsible for some of the following duties :

• Greet customers warmly & provide a professional impression of the organization.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
• Manage the appointments using Health one system.
• Maintain databases and electronic records.
• Manage office supplies, including tracking inventory and placing orders.
• Take payments from patients & process medical card returns.
• Always ensure the security and confidentiality of patient files.

Hours of work :

Wednesday Thursday & Friday - job share role

Your Skills/ Experience that we need:

• Must have 1-2+ years of experience Office Administration
• Experience working in a Healthcare or medial environment is an advantage
• Must have fantastic interpersonal and communication skills and possess awareness and sensitivity towards patient requirements.
• Strong IT and Data Processing skills with excellent typing skills are essential.
• Polite and clear telephone manner.
• Garda Vetting is essential for this role

The Offer:

This position is a contract role paying €18-20 per hour paid weekly, Candidates must be available to start employment from 1st September 2026
