Neway is a training center dedicated to enhancing the skills of its learners through innovative pedagogical approaches. As a Training Center (AFC) and Apprenticeship Training Center (CFA), our mission is to provide short or long professional training programs, whether through apprenticeships or not, with personalized support.
Our center focuses on local integration, exchange, and the global promotion of Réunionese skills, whether within Réunion or beyond. Our commitment is reflected in high-quality professional training, opportunities for international internships and language exchanges, as well as personalized support for each learner.

Our missions : 1. Excellence: Aim for excellence by participating in the certification of high-quality programs and resources that prepare students for international professional requirements and sought-after skills in the job market. 2. Empowerment: Provide learners with access to the best tools, existing knowledge, and skills to succeed in a globalized and interconnected world. 3. Innovation: Be at the forefront of educational innovation: contribute to research through our mastery of new pedagogical methods and by utilizing technology to enhance student learning and experience. 4. Collaboration: Work closely with local and international stakeholders, businesses, and organizations to facilitate professional integration opportunities abroad for learners.
