Peamount Healthcare

Summary

Peamount Healthcare (Peamount) is an independent, voluntary organisation that operates in partnership with the Health Service Executive (Dublin South, Kildare & West Wicklow Community Healthcare) and Dublin Midlands Hospital Group. Peamount provides a range of health and social care services that have evolved over the years to meet the needs of the community. Located on a 60-acre campus in Newcastle, Co. Dublin, with c. 650 employees. 

During its long and distinguished history, Peamount has seen many changes in the range of services it provides. Today the focus of Peamount’s services is on helping people to live more independently. Peamount is a registered charity and is directly funded by the HSE under Section 38 of the Health Act 2004.
