Accounts Receivable Specialist

About Your New Job
- Manage and control a large volume of bank accounts, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation.
- Download bank file details, identify and allocate high volumes of receipts daily.
- Handle internal bank transfers via Yardi and Salesforce systems.
- Adjust accounts as instructed by lettings, property managers, and client accountants.
- Assist with arrears, flagging short payments, suspense items, and unallocated cash.
- Resolve queries by engaging with clients, and colleagues as required.
- Support the finance team to ensure all postings are correct and enable timely client payments.
- Perform other ad hoc reporting and analysis as required.
What Skills You Need
- Proven experience in a high-volume transactional department.
- Detailed understanding of the full cycle and accounts receivable processes.
- Experience dealing with internal/external stakeholders at all levels.
- Accounts qualification or at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Yardi Voyager, Salesforce, and various banking online portals preferred but not essential.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage expectations.
- Strong team player with the ability to build relationships and establish trust and credibility.

- Work from Home Option: Initially office-based, then 3 days in the office and 2 days at home once settled.
