About Your New Job

• As Compliance Operations Analyst you will work alongside a team of Compliance analysts to help support the ongoing development of the internal AML/KYC program as well as resolve AML/KYC issues.
• You will perform enhanced due-diligence reviews and prepare written analyses for all high-risk customers.
• You will analyse financial transaction activity and document all review findings to include all facts and findings.
• The Compliance Operations Analyst will update and review forms according to local regulations and work with compliance operations to speed up documentation reviews and provide clarification.
• You will carry out AML/KYC reviews efficiently and accurately to meet internal SLAs and quality standards.

What Skills You Need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with focus in business, accounting or finance.
• 1-2 years of AML/KYC or Fraud and Compliance experience
• Excellent digital literacy, including a knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, across multiple locations and willing to be available some evenings to cover global time zones.
