About Your New Job

• Working with the business to support employees throughout their full employment lifecycle
• Day to day management of HR Administration and HR Queries
• Point of contract for Employee Engagement and Wellbeing
• Payroll and Benefits Admin for global workforce
• Manage the On/Off Boarding process
• Supporting stakeholders on Recruitment of new team members and administering this process
• Management reporting (Sage People)
• Involvement in Global HR Projects

What Skills You Need

• HR Qualification
• 3yrs HR Generalist experience, full lifecycle
• Payroll Admin
• Recruitment experience
• Agile, self-starter, strong attention to detail
• Ideally coming from a Multinational Organisation
