About Your New Job
- Working with the business to support employees throughout their full employment lifecycle
- Day to day management of HR Administration and HR Queries
- Point of contract for Employee Engagement and Wellbeing
- Payroll and Benefits Admin for global workforce
- Manage the On/Off Boarding process
- Supporting stakeholders on Recruitment of new team members and administering this process
- Management reporting (Sage People)
- Involvement in Global HR Projects
What Skills You Need
- HR Qualification
- 3yrs HR Generalist experience, full lifecycle
- Payroll Admin
- Recruitment experience
- Agile, self-starter, strong attention to detail
- Ideally coming from a Multinational Organisation
