About Your New Employer

Our client is an Irish-founded company in the childcare industry, located in Blanchardstown, County Dublin. They are looking for a full-time HR Business Partner to join their team.

This role would be on a hybrid working model, with 1-3 days in the office per week.

About Your New Job

• Act as day-to-day HR advisor for managers and employees, with an open-door approach
• Co-deliver manager workshops on HR topics
• Promote the use of HR tools
• Support implementation of engagement initiatives including employee surveys, and recognition activities
• Promote wellbeing resources
• Manage employee feedback platform
• Conduct exit interviews with parting employees
• Contribute to policy reviews and updates in accordance with Irish employment law
• Maintain employee records
• Lead and manage all internal investigations including grievances, disciplinaries etc.
• Lead the management of workplace accidents/incidents
• Serve as main liaison for benefits and incentive programmes
• Support HR-led initiatives in areas such as absence management, wellbeing strategy and the onboarding experience

What Skills You Need

• Minimum 3 years’ HR experience with strong experience in employee relations and HR operations
• Strong working knowledge of Irish employment law
• Ability to build and foster relationships with employees and stakeholders
• Minimum 3 years’ experience using HRIS and Microsoft Suite
• A valid, full driving license would be advantageous
• CIPD qualification would be desirable
