About Your New Job

• As the Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships and engagements.
• Oversee daily operations, manage multiple properties, address Member issues, and supervise maintenance and repairs.
• Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Prepare for and lead Director meetings and AGMs.
• This role will involve managing a small team across a portfolio of 30-40 OMC’s.

What Skills You Need

• At least 5 years of experience in property management.
• Proven experience working with OMCs and preparing and leading Director meetings and AGMs.
• Possession of all relevant PSRA licenses.
• Expertise in budgeting and financial reporting.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of property laws and regulations.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency with property management software.
• Full driver's license.
