Based in Cork, this high-impact position puts you at the centre of operations, ensuring products reach the right place at the right time, optimizing inventory, and supporting revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage supply to meet customer demand and business goals.
• Keep track of inventory, production, and lead times, addressing issues early.
• Work with Sales and Marketing on promotions, product strategies, and stock levels.
• Oversee new product launches, ensuring smooth rollout and clear communication.
• Use demand data to guide forecasts and inventory planning.
• Manage end-of-life product transitions with relevant teams.
• Coordinate supply chain activities with logistics, orders, and purchasing.
• Monitor performance and drive ongoing improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in demand planning, supply planning, or business planning.
• Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using demand forecasting and planning tools.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel
• A commercially minded approach, with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence outcomes.
