About Your New Job

As the Senior Demand Analyst & Supply Planner, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing supply plans to ensure product availability, cost efficiency, and alignment with business objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to balance supply and demand in a fast-paced environment.

• Plan multiple product categories: Perform various tasks related to specific sales regions.
• Develop and maintain supply plans: Meet customer demand and revenue targets, monitor inventory levels, lead times, and production schedules.
• Collaborate with teams: Work with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align supply strategies with business goals.
• Support new product launches: Identify risks, drive awareness, and establish metrics and communication plans with stakeholders.
• Analyze demand data: Provide recommendations considering product transitions, new product introductions, and promotions.
• Strategize with partners: Generate EOL candidate recommendations and optimize inventory.
• Drive supply chain execution: Develop end-to-end plans for timely and efficient product delivery.
• Recommend process improvements: Analyze supply chain performance metrics.

What Skills You Need

• Educational background: Minimum BA/BS degree or equivalent in a relevant area; MBA is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in demand, supply, or business planning functions.
• Technical knowledge: Familiarity with demand management/forecasting tools and processes in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
• Analytical skills: Strong reporting and analytical capability, detail-oriented in identifying demand trends and factors.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and priorities.
• Interpersonal skills: Excellent teamwork and communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Software proficiency: Prior experience with advanced planning software tools like Anaplan, John Galt, or Oracle Demantra; advanced experience with MS Excel and Oracle ERP.
