My client, a leading global financial services company is recruiting a Fund Accountant Assistant Manager for their growing PE department. The role is based in central Dublin (Hybrid-3 days onsite and 2 days remote).
**This role is providing a great opportunity to make the transition into Private Equity as the client will consider applicants with Hedge or Mutual funds experience if they have worked at Supervisor level for at least 1-2 years and are looking for the next step up in their career.**
The PE Fund Accounting Assistant Manager will assist the Fund Accounting Manager in managing the PE fund accounting team whilst ensuring the timely delivery of NAVs for clients.
Main Responsibilities include:
- Serve as a senior point of contact for clients on accounting matters.
- Delivery of accurate NAVs within deadlines
- Train, coach and mentor new employees; motivate staff and lead team
- Review Fund documents in advance of new Fund launches
What skills You Need
- At least 4 years’ experience in fund accounting and 1 year at supervisor level.
