SEO Analyst

WE are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Analyst to help grow our awareness, sales pipeline, and market share through SEO. This key position will work as part of the SEO team and in conjunction with the wider marketing and sales teams to establish, implement and improve technical SEO, content, and inbound marketing initiatives so we can drive SERP visibility, web traffic, leads and pipeline.

This position is located in our Dublin, Ireland office.

*Responsibilities include:

* Analysing our SEO performance, making recommendations for improvements, and executing on these.

* Ongoing keyword research, expansion and optimisation.

* Work closely with our content teams on our content strategy. Work on content ideation and optimisation as well as deliver training to enable our stakeholders across EMEA.

* On-page optimisation of pages including updating titles, meta descriptions, and linking.

* Develop and implement internal and external link building program.

* Site integrity management. Ensuring our sites are accessible to users and search engines and we have minimal negative HTTP status codes.
* Work with web development and production teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed and that all technical requirements for SEO are adhered to within our CMS.

* Managing international SEO implementations with global partners.

* Ongoing competitive analysis on everything from content and rank to backlink profiles.

* Work with the UX teams to ensure an optimal user experience is in place from search to conversion.

* Management of 3rd party vendors and agencies.

* Management of SEO tools for keyword tracking, etc and ownership of reporting.

* Drive traffic, leads and ultimately sales via SEO channel and present results to senior stakeholders.

*Experience/Skills required:*

* In-depth knowledge of SEO with at least 3 years experience working in a web production or SEO role, ideally focused on technical implementations.

* Strong knowledge of HTML and a working, ideally strong, knowledge of JavaScript.

* Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, online customer acquisition and the wider impact of SEO on the business.

* In-depth knowledge on analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Omniture.

* Up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in SEO.

* Strong knowledge of web content development.

* Experience of working within enterprise Content Management Systems.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Ability to work on and manage multiple projects with competing priorities.

* Strong communication skills with an ability to simplify complex ideas for a non-technical audience.

*Experience/Skills Desired:*

* Knowledge of B2B marketing preferably within the tech industry.

* Experience working on international SEO and CMS migrations.

* Second European language (e.g. German, Dutch or French) a bonus.
