The underlying purpose of this role will be to manage and oversee the development of the dealership and its franchises through establishing focused annual and monthly plans which help attain the companys long term goals through setting targets for profitability, productivity and market growth within the Sales, Finance and Aftersales.
The ideal candidate for this role must be able to demonstrate a successful, proven track record as a Dealer Principal within the motor trade holding a superior strategic and relationship management skillsets and a experience in managing a high volume dealership , ability to analyse and review past performances, motivate and lead a dynamic and progressive team and develop the future performance of the dealership.
