Customer Service Agent required for leading Dublin North company. Excellent opportunity for an outgoing, hardworking individual looking to work closer to home. This call centre is open 24/7 so evening, night and weekend work is required.

Duties:

  • Inbound calls
  • Providing solutions to clients
  • Logging calls on in-house system
  • General Administration
  • Working in a fast paced pressurised environment


Requirements:

  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • PC literate with a good working knowledge of MS Word & Excel
  • Great telephone manner
  • Good team player
