Claims Associate: Danish/Norwegian Speaking- 6 month contract
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
·Provide good service to customers and take responsibility for resolving any customer service issues relating to our clients
·Claims Handling - receive, validate, assess and process new and continuing claims from customers
·Manage the transfer of money in respect of claims payments
·Make recommendations regarding improvements of administration practices and implement when required
·Produce reports and statistics on work as requested by head office functions, including financial reporting

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
·Experience working in a similar customer facing role for a Financial Services company
·Experience of telephone based customer service – including high volume call handling
·Experience of handling insurance claims essential
·Fluent Danish or Norwegian and good English language skills
·Excellent communication skills with track record of dealing with colleagues and customers at all levels
·Cultural sensitivity to work well with colleagues in different countries / regions
·Ability to organise own time and prioritise work to meet tight deadlines
·High standards of accuracy and attention to detail
·High personal integrity and professional behaviour standards, evidenced by prior experience working in a confidential environment
·Excellent keyboard skills and knowledge of windows-based MS Office applications

·Relevant insurance training and qualifications
·Experience of working in an international company
·Medical knowledge or experience of working with life insurance claims
