We are currently recruiting an experienced "hands on" Head Chef for a small Hotel in Co Kerry, Hotel is busy and is open all year round. Role mainly inclused responsibility for the Seafood themed Restaurant. You will report to the General Manager and ultimately be responsible for all operational procedures, training, and development etc. Ability to develop and maintain food production, hygiene and service standards is required. You will be responsible for all Kitchen specific programmes including HACCP programme, Menu Cycles, purchasing and kitchen financials etc.

Applicants need 3-4 years experience in Head Chef role coming from a large busy Restaurant. Applicants ideally need experience in the Irish Hotel Marketplace and must speak Fluent English.
