Roles / Responsibilities:

  • Drive product development activities
  • Manage team of Development Engineers / Technicians
  • Deliver products to market on time
  • Achieve appropriate product approvals
  • Contract out and manage design work
  • Liaise with Marketing and Manufacturing departments
  • Understand the market, work with customers
