Due to its continued success and expansion plans, our client is pleased to announce the introduction of the following role into the Organisation.

Merchandise Planner – Head Office Based
You will report directly to the Senior Merchandiser. In the capacity of a merchandiser, your duties will include:
• You will be responsible for preparing figures for range planning and space allocation.
• Monitoring Stock intakes, Spends and Sales Performance.
• With the buyers you will develope the range plan for your sub-department, which will deliver the sub-department strategy and budgetary plan.
• You will ensure space allocation is monitored as per agreement and planagrams.
• You must collate, analyse and communicate product performance and slow lines.
• You will analyse stock intake of stock in order to ensure effective use of open to buy whilst preserving the range mix.
• You will monitor sales and collate slow line and fast line reports for Buyers and advise Buyers regarding repeats.
• You will monitor deliveries with suppliers to ensure stock intakes are correct.
• You will monitor product and department margins and advise Buyers.
• Monitor Stores potential (e.g. re-grading / amending levels)
