My client is a leading retailer in the West of Ireland, they are currently recruiting a Grocery Store Manager for their Mayo store.

The Position:

  • Provide the highest level of customer service and quality
  • Develop an effective and sales driven business plan
  • Consistently manage and train staff
  • Drive sales to ensure targets and margin are met
  • Implement new changes, processes and procedures where possible to maximise the business


The Profile:

  • Supportive, consistent and persuasive management style
  • Previous MSVC experience essential
  • Commercially astute, tactical planners and strategic thinkers only
  • Candidates would need to be ambitious, enjoy a challenge and be passionate about retailing
