Our client, a leading gourmet food company are looking for an experienced butcher to head up their butchery section over 3 stores
Salary: €40-45K + Benefits
Candidate Requirements:
*Trade qualification essential
*Experience in a customer facing environment
*To ability to train all butchers in cutting, seasonality & health & safety procedures were required
*Excellent customer services skills, so as to be able to advise their customers on products etc.
*Stock control & quality control experience
