* Forbairt ar réimsí nua sa ghnólacht d'fhoghlaimeoirí Gaeilge ag teacht go hUISCE (Identify and develop new ways that groups and individuals can learn Irish)
* Cúrsaí Traenála a fhorbairt agus a reachtáil d'fhoireann agus do chliaint UISCE
(Develop training courses based on the needs of visiting groups/ teams/ businesses, whether they are academic syllabus related or team building activities)
* Obair go dlúth le réimsí eile an ghnólachta de réír mar is gá ag bainistiú tionscadal
Riachtanach:
* Cáilíocht aitheanta a bhfuil Gaeilge mar chuid di ( Qualification in Irish or that includes Irish as a subject)
* Taithí ar obair na gcoláistí samhraidh ( Experience of working in summer caps, with children or groups for school/college activities)
* An-suim agus líofacht sa Ghaeilge, idir scileanna scríofa agus labhartha ( Fluent in Irish, written and spoken)
* Ardscileanna idirphearsanta agus bheith in ann obair mar chuid de (A team player with excellent interersonal skills)
* Solúbthacht maidir le hamanta oibre le linn tréimhsí gnóthacha ( Flexible in terms of working hours, i.e. during periods of increased workload)
* Ardscileanna ríomhaireachta agus próiseála focal (Exscellent PC skills - business/achademic level Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet skills)
